Sarah brings to the Centre for Workplace Leadership extensive experience in higher education and government in advisory, strategy, communications and project management roles. She spent several years working at the United Nations in Thailand and Indonesia, working in communications and partnership development roles. Prior to joining the University of Melbourne in 2011, she worked at the Victorian Department of Justice.

Sarah has an Executive Master of Arts from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Social Science in International Development from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Monash University.

Managing Operations at CWL, Sarah is focused on laying strong foundations of strategy and process to allow the rest of the team to get on with the business of workplace leadership.

In her spare time, Sarah likes to travel, read and go for very long walks (preferably through the Italian countryside).
